Samsung's Galaxy S9 is nice, but the Vivo Apex Concept is nicer.

The Vivo Apex Concept might not be ready for big time, but it's the phone everyone is talking about. The Galaxy S9 is a solid update, and the LGV30S leaves us underwhelmed.
